Pie Sci Pizza Detroit

I rarely eat out but Pie Sci is somewhere i cant resist. I love everything about this place. The food always quality, cooked just the way you like and always on time.

Top of puzza looked good but crust was burnt, not overcooked, burnt.

My husband and I were visiting Detroit and this was the highlight of our trip. I followed the good reviews and was not disappointed. We easily shared a small Detroit style pizza with mushrooms and sausage. Crust was perfect and sauce was very good. It tasted very fresh. Place was clean and very friendly. Would highly recommend. They had lots of options for gluten free and Vegan as well.

There were so many pizzas on the menu, I asked one of the employees for help choosing. He was super nice and patient. I ended up getting the pear necessities, a gluten free meatlover, and one of the slices in the the little oven for an appetizer ? it had peppers, Italian sausage, herb cream cheese and some other stuff. They had a couple vegan options in slice form as well. There is something for everyone at this place even if you are vegan or gluten free! Gluten free pizzas only come in large, otherwise would have tried more pizzas!
