Leo's Coney Island - Detroit

I had the American omelette, and it was delicious—I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was! However, the toast was another story; it was rock hard, almost like Melba toast. There was so much food that it didn't really matter to me.

I just had the pleasure of being served by Simone, my waitress, and she is absolutely AMAZING! She works incredibly hard and outshines the rest of the waitstaff with her kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism. The food was served hot, which is quite impressive for an airport restaurant. The burger was fantastic. I enjoyed a nice, relaxing meal before my 8-hour flight. Thank you, Simone! You're a superstar! Best, Shawn

Snap! I’ve never had an “authentic” cased hot dog before. It definitely had a nice snap, and the hot dog itself was tasty, although the casing was a bit chewy. The marinara sauce leaned towards the sweeter side, but it was just as excellent as the mozzarella sticks. I would come back, but I think I’d try something other than the hot dogs next time.

Was stressed out about my flight delay, but I stopped into Leo's Coney Island for something warm and I had a wonderful chili dog. The Classic Coney was a hit for a quick sit down meal!
