Kfc - Detroit

I had a terrible experience at this KFC. The staff at the register were not friendly and did not seem properly trained. I witnessed one employee drop a piece of chicken and then pick it up using the same gloves she used to pack other food. As city workers trying to grab a quick lunch, we were really disappointed. There needs to be a serious improvement in their food safety practices, as we can't trust the quality after seeing that.

This KFC exceeded my expectations. The last time I visited, the service was outstandingly fast. There were hardly any customers, and the staff was clear and efficient. They even prepared my white meat chicken breast fresh to order, and it tasted just like the deep southern KFC I remember. Overall, it was a really great experience!

They even cooked my white meat chicken breast fresh to order, and it tasted just like a classic Southern KFC dish. Overall, it was a really great experience!

I ordered a 3 piece meal and they gave me only 2 pieces of chicken and the guy didn't give me my rite change and they had to ask me 4 times what my order was

Staff was non responsive and kept forgetting my order and service was extremely slow. Try another KFC because this one is terrible
