The staff is always very pleasant when I pick up my order. I appreciate being able to pay for my meal at the time of pickup, as I prefer that payment method. I can be quite particular about my sandwich, and they always manage to get it right, even with my customizations. Additionally, the location is very convenient—just a half-block from my office, which adds to the comfort of dining there.

Waiting 30 minutes for my meal at JJ's was quite frustrating. Even though there were plenty of staff on hand, their efficiency seemed to be lacking during lunch. I ordered the last Club Lulu I had, so I took a photo of it.

I've had a mixed experience with this restaurant. On three out of five occasions, everything went smoothly. However, I've encountered issues with online orders, as they won't assist you until you arrive, which seems counterintuitive. There have been times when I've ordered during lunch and my sandwich came without half of what I requested (like today). While I've never had bad food from them, their service could use some improvement. On the plus side, it's quick and convenient, which makes it tough to find a place that matches their speed.

Do not disturb the order online and in advance. they ignore online orders. then the app tells me that my eating is ready to find that I have waited 25 minutes in the load to get my sandwiches. order everything online is a waste of time. it took an hour for them to fulfill my order.

Poor young lady having to run a busy location by her self. I'm sure it hard to hire in this environment why in gods name do not allow tipping on the credit card checkout?! Disgrace.
