Go! Sy Thai - Detroit

Very good food here, coming from a guy from LA and have all kinds of thai / Asian food, this place is good!

I eat a lot of Thai. I'm picky about my Thai. I hate bad Thai. When I ate here today, I had sincerely low expectations, as the fantastic decor made me miss the food. I order a lunch and have a free drink and a spring scooter. The food was AWESOME. The vegetables in the plate were fresh. The meat was good. The sauce was PERFECT. The prices were super low. And best? The service was SUPER fast.

Whether you're craving something classic like pad Thai or drunken noodles, or something more adventurous and unique, you can't go wrong here. It tends to get busy during lunch, so I recommend preordering. They also have Box Lunch Specials available. The crab cheese is a must-try!

They are very busy around lunch. Do yourself a favor and place a takeout order online. Your order will usually be done earlier than the website says. I ordered the Sy Fried Rice, medium spice, with chicken. I normally go top of the line (their most spicy) but wanted to try medium. There is still some spice, but it is the right amount. The fried rice was great! Nice chunks of pineapple and pieces of chicken!
