Contribuiți la feedbackDo not order from here online over the weekend. The website will take your order, then you will arrive at the location to find they are closed all weekend. Website says they are open. I now have to figure out how to get my 15 dollars back.
Horrible service. The employees just stand around talking and ignore their customers. They are extremely unprofessional. The food is over priced and the quality is sub par. Management needs to do better. This place has gone downhill.
The location at 1001 Woodward closes early every day. They have their hours literally posted on the window that they close at 3 but I have never seen them open past 12. And because of this they’re out of most things by 11:30. I put in an online order which said it was confirmed, I got here and they hadn’t even started my order and the door was closed. They were also out of steak which I ordered because chicken was not an option online and she offered chicken, which I’m sure is a price difference
I added protein to my bowl and did not receive, don’t understand how that happened when it me and another Individual in there, paid 17 dollars for meal and it was waste, super annoyed.
I dont know whats been going on, but the food and service has gone way down hill. The last few times the food is eh at best and is never made how I ask. It's a shame when it cost $15 for a bowl and its cold and not made how you asked. Do better or lower your prices to match the quality.
