Chicagos Pizza - Detroit

I am incredibly particular about my food, but I have to admit that I absolutely love the pizza at this restaurant. It is incredibly delicious and the dough is so soft, unlike any other pizza I have tried in Michigan. The customer service is also outstanding.

Although I didn't anticipate a pizza as good as Giodano's or Lou Malnati's in Chicago, this deep dish pizza stands on its own and embodies everything that makes a Chicago style pie great. The crust is crispy on the bottom without being burnt, and the inner crust is chewy but not undercooked. There are plenty of toppings and the cheese oozes when the pizza is cut. The sauce strikes a perfect balance between acidic and sweet. If you're craving deep dish pizza in Detroit, you can't go wrong with Chicago's Pizza.

The service at this restaurant is excellent. I typically order delivery through the restaurant's phone number, and they always provide great service. The delivery is usually very prompt, though there have been some mistakes at times. It's important for customers to understand that the staff is usually responsible for any mistakes, not the delivery person.
