Maria was fantastic. This was my first time at the restaurant and she did a great job explaining the menu options and assisting me in deciding on my final choice. I highly recommend dropping by for a smoothie, cold-pressed juice, or food.

Stopped by after class to get a Caesar wrap and after about 20 minutes of waiting I suspected maybe someone had forgotten my order. I asked one of the counter people and soon the manager (I think… she seemed like she was in charge) came over and apologized and said that they had accidentally given my order to someone else.The manager apologized sincerely and explained that they were in the process of training someone new and thanked me for being patient. Then she asked if I would like a free smoothie.Now, in light of how this story began you might assume that this is a complaint. But it’s not. Here’s why.The manager took ownership over what had happened and did not get defensive at all. Then I watched how she dealt with the trainee who had made the mistake. She was very kind and explained to the rookie what she had done wrong without being condescending. She repeated her apology when I came up to grab my wrap and came off as very sincere and competent.Situations like this can show you the true colors of the people in charge. How a company handles a mistake is almost more telling than how they treat customers on the regular.My point is, I left feeling valued as a customer, and wasn’t upset in the slightest. I understand things like this happen, and the whole situation was very well handled.I wish I knew the name of the girl who was in charge so I could give her credit. Unfortunately I forgot to ask. Hopefully she gets to read this and it makes her day.

Mike his team were so helpful when I needed to place a last minute catering order for 18 people. He answered all of my questions and helped accommodate all of my requests. A team member even ran my order out to my car because they knew I was in a time crunch. Will definitely be back!

Never waited this long for food in my life. 2 workers only and they have a line and are taking orders but not making the food. Worst beyond experience I’ve had.

The staff at this restaurant is welcoming, accommodating, and highly skilled. It feels like dining at home while enjoying a delicious meal.
