Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Rude, incompetent manager. If you attempt to correct an employee on their math skills when it comes to adding up the prices of two pizzas then she will make a scene about it in front of your child like she did with mine. Don't bother telling the ownereither because she doesn't care about her customers.

They are usually right on point with our orders as we order EVERY Tuesday. However three Tuesday's ago, my husband called in and asked for no red sauce on the chicken spinach. After cooking the pizzas and cutting them up, everyone had noticed that neitherof the pizzas had red or Alfredo sauce on them. Both were dry distasteful pizzas. There could have been a new employee and isforgivable. Just take time to have your order read back to you for accuracy.

I order online pizza and the employee who answered the phone was very rude. When I went to pick up the pizza I was thinking it would be helpful to let the manager know about my phone conversation. Meghan Smith (owner) came and talked with me, she lookedtotally stressed out and was even more rude than her employee. It did not help our situation. I left without my pizza asMeghan asked and will not ever be returning. Not the same service as the old owner used to give

They're pizza used to be pretty good but on my last trip there they forgot to put sauce on my pizza . I didn't notice until I cooked it because I got a Chicago style pizza so when I cut it open there was a big surprise Also kind of jipped on the toppingson the very top of the pizza . Very big disappointment.

They have vegan cheese option now, which is wonderful. But they charge you $3/extra for vegan cheese per pizza then give you 1/4 the amount of cheese a regular pizza would have which is absolutely crazy, since they're upcharging by sooo much in thefirst place.
