The following day, we decided to order dinner, which included burgers and nachos. Again, our food arrived promptly in about 15 minutes. The burger was fantastic, but the nachos were piled high with both red and green peppers. As a pepper lover, I usually wouldn’t mind, but this was too much even for me—about 90% of the nachos were overwhelmed by the excess chopped peppers, which were stuck to the gooey cheese. It was quite unfortunate. For breakfast on our third day, we ordered Walleye Benedict and a made-to-order omelet, which were delivered warm and fresh in 25 minutes. While I was able to manage the peppers in this meal, the pan potatoes were again loaded with them. The eggs were excellently cooked, but the Walleye was unfortunately drenched in excessive Hollandaise sauce—enough for five dishes! The overwhelming flavor of the sauce overshadowed the fish, and I ended up leaving half of it swimming in the sauce on my plate, although the hash browns were delightful. Although we appreciated the convenience of hotel room service, the experience of contacting the restaurant to place an order was incredibly frustrating. Each time we tried calling the bar or restaurant through the hotel reception, we struggled for over half an hour just to get someone to answer. The meals are quite pricey, but the appetizers and breakfast options are definitely worth it. Just be sure to request light on the peppers when you order! The restaurant boasts a beautiful outdoor terrace right by the lake, but we opted for room service so we could enjoy our meals on our hotel room balcony with a lovely view of the lake.

We typically go for the buffet without hesitation. The custom omelets and gravy cookies are absolutely delicious. Although they are short-staffed, everyone is friendly and accommodating. The terrace offers a wonderful view and a nice breeze.

The portions were quite generous. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. The garlic potatoes had a slight sweetness that we weren't sure about. However, everything else was fantastic.
