Little Caesars Pizza - Destin

They did not answer the phone even after 5 times the customer service from my experiences in the past was in great need of improvement. I don't recommend it

Little caesars in destin was the worst I've ever had, this was around early February, i had previously posted to the wrong location. The hot and ready pepperoni was terrible felt like, tasted like and had the texture of sitting for 5 hours, so stale it scratched roof of my mouth. Woman was friendly enough but quality of the food especially with the increased prices was Unacceptable miserable misery. I will pretty much eat whatever I've ordered from a place whether quality is great or not but this one I had to throw away. I was trying to do a picnic too so honestly I will never forget this and will never return to this little caesars.

I called and order pizza for a party.The lady (Jamaican teenager) took my order quoted me a price, and a time to pick up.So I go to get the food, and they do not have my order, they say they never got it. When I even have to emailed receipt for confirmation. But no refund, and no food. Never will I go hear again!!

Worst pizza I've ever had. They didn't make it correctly. Employee that was at the counter was rude and challenged to communicate so that I could understand her. I told the pizza was wrong she said I read the order back to you. No she didn't. I had to tell her the order three times one pizza and bread sticks. When I arrived just a pizza.... With items left off the pizza I had to ask for bread sticks again. Please don't buy pizza from this place it sucks. The place needs to be closed down. Service sucks. I meet a lot of people believe me I will tell each of them never go to little Caesars in Destin Florida.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! First the lady behind the counter was rude to my 13 year old that went in to get the order. Then we get home and the pizza was so uncooked that you couldn't even lift a slice of pizza off the box! I called about the pizza and explained to them what happened. Finally I get the manager on duty and he wanted me to bring the pizza back. I told him that I'm headed to work and don't have time. Then I told him I'll have my fiancé bring it back and I asked should we call when he's on the way so the replacement could be started. He hesitated and said I need to see the pizza first, I said the dough is still raw and I took pictures. I was so mad that I turned around to take back. I go in and the counter lady said ma'am why is the pizza cold, I said it was 20 to 30 minutes and I had to turn around to get and bring pizza back. I told her what does cold pizza have to do with raw dough!
