Had a great time. that is long, but our situation allowed us to get a quick seat at the bar. we received service from keith who was amazing! keith was very friendly and knowledgeable. very sympathetic. he was accommodating and made sure we were good.

It’s always a fun atmosphere and everyone is so friendly!! Aaron was an awesome waiter!!!

Wanted to love the place, I had high hopes coming here from other reviews and recommendations. There was a 2hr wait so we tried the bar, surprisingly the bar had a lot of openings, but then we found out why the bar area was not full, NO AC. We stayed bc we were hungry and did not want go searching for some where else to eat. The bartender Moe was great and down to earth. Our drinks were great and he had good recommendations. He made our stay more bearable due to the uncomfortable heat. The food came out surprisingly fast especially the appetizer. We ordered the Hot Crab Dip as an appetizer. The dip was good but it came out Luke warm and got cold super quick. It would have been better if it was actually hot like it's name. I also ordered the Chargrilled Shrimp with a baked potato. The shrimp was really good, but definitely not for the $25 price. The gift shop was nice and cool which was a relief from the bar area. The gift shop staff was super nice as well. The alligators were a cool touch and everyone seemed to love them. I would probably come back bc I know the AC won't be broken for ever.Parking: Lots of parking around the building.

I definitely wasn't expecting the food do be the best but it was awesome! This was some of the best food I have had in the area. We had a party of 8 and everyone ordered something different and each meal was as good as the next! I ended up going with the gator po boy and that didn't disappoint at all! Our waiter was also very friendly and outgoing.

Phenomenal experience for the whole family. they can enjoy the great view of the alligators, feed them or make a picture with a baby gator. eating is amazingly tasty, I tried the gator gumbo and the seafood boards that were fished to perfection, schrimps plump and juicy. our server jacob was funny, very attentive and very attentive. in any case a must visit when in the opposite!
