Hugos Steakhaus - Dessau-Roßlau

A very beautiful ambience that invites you to stay.Kid-friendliness: There are free meals and a children's chair was thought to be ach.Parking: right next door.

We were surprised to find this hidden gem in Dessau.The beef selection is excellent; The only drop of wormwood is that neither Wagyu nor Kobe are on the map.We had a classic Rumpsteak, a Namibian Flanksteak and the dry aged Filet. All pieces were on point and came with in the desired cooking stage. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the origins of the salt and pepper, but they represented the little boil on the aromatic crust. Overall, we had a fantastic evening.The meat in the Berlin Grill Royal (the benchmark) is only better for nuances, but at a multiple of the price.If I live in Dessau, I would probably have to go to Hugo once a week.
