Dairy Queen - DeSoto

Hispanic customer service is horrible. Food is subpar..orders mixed up. They don't try to make it right and get an attitude when you check them on wrong orders or they just through your order together

This place is a joke! Took them about 15 mins to get order and charges correct Then waited another 15 mins for them to tell me they only had enough ingredientes for 3 ice creams out of 6!

Not the best customer service. Got order wrong multiple times. Dirty! No public restrooms . I think they had children in the kitchen. Heard crying and an employee walked in with infant while I was ordering and just started working

I have been to this location 3 times in less then month and ever tome we are told no ice cream is being served and told the car in front of us ordered a lot of ice cream how is this possible every time?

Tried to order my food the young lady act like she was impatient she was trying to get back to the other group of employees so they could finish playing UNO acting like she was frustrated so I didn't order at all I just left.. Service is awful
