I understand that I'm just finished with the staff. can soneone please acknowledge a customer who tries to order food. came in because the journey through was out of the parking lot. stood in line to eat for 15 min...not a personal told me everything...not 1 we will get with them in a minute 7 people eis. no one with food orders. I had time to tap these standing at the counter and wait for order. two manager at the service... and not even told me a word. I will not return to this place. it's about the customer service for me.
The restaurant was understaffed during my visit. The manager, Christie, was serving customers in the ice cream line despite there being 5 people waiting. She would help one person, take a break, and then help another, which continued throughout my visit. After waiting 40 minutes to be served, I was disappointed by the sundae I received. When I tried to call headquarters to make a complaint, the person I spoke with was unhelpful and accused me of being rude. I was surprised by the low level of service from Braum's.
Avoid this place! Waiting in line for 35-40 minutes in the car is ridiculous around 1:45 in the afternoon. It's not even peak hours and some kids are still in school. I wasted gas and had to spend an extra $5 on a hamburger. The staff seem unprepared or understaffed, as each order takes more than 5 minutes. It feels like the drive-thru is being neglected and only when you reach the window do they start taking orders. My receipt says 2:27, so it took almost 45 minutes to get my cold food.
It was a busy Tuesday night at the restaurant, with cars lined up in the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the wait was around 40 minutes due to the first car not moving. When we finally reached the ordering point, the employee was very rude and screamed through the microphone. Despite asking her to be more polite, she continued to have a bad attitude. We were so disappointed with the service that we didn't feel comfortable trusting them with our food. The overall experience was negative, and it was a shame to have such a bad encounter at a restaurant we have loved for so long. The management should address these issues to improve customer service.
I ate here yesterday, and I have food poisoning. They don’t clean their utensils or their counters. As someone who works in fast food , you should know to keep you areas clean to prevent cross contamination. The manager there is also rude and was yelling at her employees. I don’t recommend this place and they should be lucky I’m not going to take legal precautions due to my health being heavily effected .
