Taco Time - DesMoines

I'm not sure if they were short-staffed or what, but I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready in 10 minutes by 7:17 PM. It's now been 30 minutes since I ordered, and someone came out to say it would be just a few more minutes. More time went by, and eventually, another person informed me that they were only just getting my order ready. Seriously, how does it take 30 minutes to make two salads?

I ordered a veggie bowl at the drive-thru, but when I returned to my office, I discovered it contained chicken. When I brought it back to the restaurant, the staff was unhelpful and refused to issue a refund, even though I had to make another trip to get it corrected.

I visited the Des Moines location shortly after it opened this morning, looking for a quick breakfast of tacos before heading to work. It turned out to be a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and the service was very fast. Plus, the food was delicious. Fortunately, it’s right on my route, but I would happily go out of my way to come to this location more often. Keep up the great work!
