Mcdonald's - Desloge

I just went through the drive-thru and ordered some grilled chicken snack packs. There was a small mix-up with my order, but the cashier (I believe her name was Amy, with dark hair and olive skin) was incredibly friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure my order was correct, and I want to highlight how important these small gestures are. In a time when customer service often falls short, her dedication truly stood out. Make sure to treat staff like her with respect!

My family and I visited this morning before school, and I was really surprised by the woman's attitude. She was not only shocked but also quite rude when I tried to use the microphone. I understand that everyone has bad days—I've been in the food industry for 20 years, so I've seen it all. At the first window, the woman assured me that my order was beautiful. However, the experience at the next window was even worse. There was no syrup at all when I requested it, and the girl was very argumentative. Then she asked for 55 cents for something we never received, which left me really confused.

The service at this McDonald's Drive-Thru was impressively quick, and the food was prepared perfectly. Everything in my order was correct. I appreciate this location because they consistently get my order right. Keep up the great work, McDonald's!

It's the same place you've overestimated every McDonald's around the state. The service is there quality for what they serve differently. When McDonald's is computerized, they should automate the whole place including drive thru
