Tiffany's Restaurant - Des Plaines

Excellent service. We went for a particular dish we craved and it met our expectations. Staff was friendly and attentive. Jennifer and Therese provided and memorable experience.

My wife had a gyro sandwich that was excellent. I had an omelette that was very good. But the best part was our server; she was beyond pleasant, flexible, competent. One of the best I’ve ever had. Sorry, I don’t recall her name.

Unpleasant service, both orders came out incorrectly (I ordered fruit as a side and got hash browns; steak ordered medium well came out medium rare), subpar food. Restaurant wasn't even busy during our meal.

The host was brilliant and we sat right away. Our server was friendly and attentive as the other servers that I could hear about the services of other customers. The whole atmosphere was secret and welcoming, the food was excellent and cheap. I definitely go back to Tiffany.

This was not our first time visit Tiffany 's, I knew what to expect, what to eat and it was last minute at Easter our party of 4 was 2 adults and 2 children. What I didn't appreciate was to pay $20 MORE for meals we ordered in the past. When I questioned the bill since we 've there a number of times before which was $70 w/o tip for: 3 coffees, a pecan waffle usually around $9, crepes with Hershey's syrup also around $9, pancakes with chocolate chip pancakes usually would have seen around $7, a Greek chic table also usually had a $9 with 2 sides of bacon. We usually do a brunch on Easter and I am very comfortable paying a higher price, the cost not the problem. If I want to pay for a special menu, then make it special and offer something extra to make it special, not the same mediocre service and food.
