Taco Bell - Des Plaines

I've ever met the staff. the personal threatened me and grabbed me because my online order did not appear in their system. even if I had a proof of order. they were not helpful and incredibly rude.

My Crunchwrap always comes out burned to a blackened crisp. They don't always do the correct customizations. And they just forgot part of my order. I tried to call and no one is answering. Hopefully they'll honor it if I go back.

Never been disappointed with this place. I enjoy it. And you can’t beat the prices. Ps. Super friendly staff. Thanks again guys. I’ll be back.

Very nice customer service, good food, and my fiancée I enjoyed sitting outside enjoying my meal. Love the quesadillas with steak and my tacos!?

Is it difficult to answer the speaker when a customer could like to place an order? Must be more complicated than I imagined.With many places to eat in the area, I won't be returning.
