The pho broth was hot and had just the right aroma for Western palates. While I usually prefer a stronger flavor, the broth was still quite tasty. The filet mignon was excellent as well—I could easily finish it in one sitting. It definitely suited my taste. This restaurant has earned the Quan Vietnamese Taste Approval!
