Club Casa Cafe - Des Plaines

They managed to accommodate our group of 20 at the last minute on a Friday night. I called just 15 minutes before arriving, and by the time we got there, tables were already set up for us. The food was fantastic, and our server, Reagan, was incredibly patient and did an outstanding job. The kids really enjoyed watching the golfers in the bays from the restaurant windows.

Tara is an outstanding bartender! The food was delicious, and I had a wonderful time catching up with my former colleagues. We'll definitely be back!

We used to visit this restaurant frequently, but ever since the dining room was painted baby blue, it feels off and we haven't been back in a while. We decided to stop by for lunch yesterday, and we definitely won't be returning. We ordered a sandwich that we used to love, but it was disappointing this time. The bacon was reduced to a few tiny crumbs, the roll was hard and cold, and the fries were lukewarm and soggy, as if they had been reheated in the microwave. We're done with this place. What used to be great is now just forgettable.

I was extremely disappointed with our experience. We have dined here several times in the past, but we will not be returning. Our food took 45 minutes to arrive, and quesadillas and wings shouldn’t take that long. The waitress never checked on us or offered drink refills. I had to ask the busboy about our food, and it suddenly appeared just five minutes later. They claimed the wings would take longer, but they're on the appetizer menu! My husband ordered boneless wings, but what he received were regular wings. He was so hungry that he ate some of them, and when they asked if he still wanted the boneless wings, we said no. However, they still brought out a platter of boneless wings. We had to ask for the check since no one bothered to check on us during our meal. They charged us for my husband’s meal and refused to remove it from the bill, stating they provided us with two meals. Then, they complained about how we were speaking to them. I was so upset that it was physically painful.
