Contribuiți la feedbackThe restaurant is bustling with customers coming and going. The food is delicious and it's easy for us as customers to overlook the hard work that goes into preparing it. Serving food is a demanding job, but that doesn't mean the customer experience is lacking.
Dominique was fantastic. She not only prepared our meal but also engaged in conversation with the customers. One downside was that the restaurant was extremely hot, which made it very uncomfortable for me as a guest. I can only imagine how uncomfortable it must be for the staff working alongside hot ovens. I'm not sure if the AC is broken or simply set too high, but I recommend addressing this issue for the benefit of both your team and guests.
I still go to this restaurant regularly after 5 years because it is the best Pancheros (or any fast service food) in Des Moines! Shoutout to the General Manager today, you are great and thank you!!! Hands down the best Panch' in Des Moines! Even after 10 o'clock, when I usually pass by, the food is fresh and the place is clean. The late night staff is always friendly, and the music is great!
I stopped going to this pancheros a few months ago because of her unprofessional staff, but last night I decided to go and it was the best experience I had. When I went to the counter, I was greeted with a welcoming smile. I expressed how bad my other experiences were here and assured me that this time she would take care of me. In my Burrito bowl she gave me a great deal of everything that usually does not happen because they hardly give you anything. She kept a friendly smile and a friendly conversation all the time while she helped me she was very sweet. she was a short lady wearing what looks to be a cultural scarf. I wish I could remember her name because she made my experience amazing there.
Busy location, free parking in well lit lot, food' hot tasty I consistently get exactly what I order. Lastly the staff are awesome putting the customers first.
