Burger King - Des Moines

Space is super rough, personal is rude as hell and have no problem that guests feel that they don't care about their job at all. they are so rude to customers I wouldn't trust to make her eat.

4 rodeo burger ordered. the person took my order by about 1:25. then quickly a comment about how hot it is and leaves the building. 12 minutes where no bk worker can be found. at least 3 costumes come to order and after knowing that no one is around them. I would go too if I hadn't paid. So I'm trying to notify what I suspect is a manager in her office who talks and calls on her handy because he comes back to the kitchen. 5 minutes after everything my sandwiches are made.

Personal shortage. but the guy who waited for us was kind and nice. had to wait for our food. it was cold in the building. they wear something warm when they go there.

I don’t usually leave reviews… but fast food restaurants now a days do not hit the spot now a days. This Burger King gave us very hot, fresh food. When I asked for extra pickles, I got extra pickles. This is literally the best experience I’ve had since Covid began. Whoever is in charge is doing it right!!

Order BOGO whoppers and received two whoppers that had very few items on them, one small pickle, a few small pieces of lettuce and onion. A small amount of ketchup, mustard and mayo. Worst I have in a long time. My favorite sandwich. Many tables had not been wiped off, some had not been cleared off. Four of the five staff were out in the parking lot smoking a playing loud music.
