Juliano's Italian Pizzeria - Derry

The service is so poor when they screw up an order, it is your fault and you have to go back and fix it, even if they have delivery. Then the pizza boy wants to fight me after for some unknown reason when I asked for his manager. He was the manager!! If you have kids, stay away, unstable employee. You know him, that tattooed guy they got working there. Also corporate office didn’t care and did nothing, after an employee wanted to fight over a wrong pizza!! What a world. Go to Papa Ginos down the street, better anyway. Any they actually fix mistakes.

Absolutely terrible service me and my wife ordered food for the kids after waiting 3 hours for delivery we called to see what was going on. after nobody could locate or get a hold of the driver we asked for a refund which resulted in arguing with them for 20 minutes to get our money back. About 3 hours and 40 minutes later the driver finally showed up unfortunately we didn't want nearly 4 hour old food we politely told them to take a hike. My advice don't waste your time this place is a train wreck.

Friendly staff but not owner completely ignored us while waiting in the dining area. Ordered a salad and chicken parm dinner that took 45 minutes. Food was decent.

It’s edible but not good especially for the price. We ordered a small pizza and calzone both loaded with grease. The fried ravioli we ordered came with burnt ends (see picture) LOL but seriously for 7/8$ and you can’t even include Marinara sauce!? We gave it a shot under new ownership but we will not be ordering again.

This is not julianos anymore it has been bought by a guy who doesnt know how to cook. Fries were really good hence the 2 stars but who doesnt know how to fry chicken tenders? You eggwash them and bread em and fry them.... these were not egged they just had white flour on them and then fried. No salt, no pepper, no seasoning. It was really bad because the breading was falling off in chunks and the whole thing tasted like paper. The sub i got was okay. An italian i asked for all the veggies and oil and hots. The girl behind the counter diddnt know what kindof veggies go on an italian... what? So i had to explain to her and my hots were just red pepper jelly.... THATS NOT THE SAME THING!!!!! Whoever has purchased this place needs to get it together because that is not okay. They also did not have their food license or safety cert visible. I am pretty sure they are operating without these...
