Dunkin' - Derry

The food was good and the service was good as well. However, I had a question regarding the behavior of one of the employees. It seemed inappropriate for a staff member to follow a paying customer into the parking lot just to remind them about leaving trash on a table. It came off as rude and unnecessary. Employees should focus on providing service with a smile and cleaning the restaurant, rather than making rude comments to customers. Additionally, I noticed that the music playing in the restaurant was mostly rap and hip hop songs. It would be nice to have some country music as well, as many people in New Hampshire enjoy it. Overall, the experience was good, but there are a few areas that could be improved upon for better customer satisfaction.

I did not receive the correct item I ordered and paid for at this restaurant. I ordered a double sausage but was given a single bacon instead. The bacon was also quite disappointing, as it was too thin and still undercooked.

I haven't been happy with my recent visits to this restaurant. Two Saturdays ago, I walked inside and was the only person in line. I waited for 15 minutes with no one acknowledging me. When I finally spoke up, the employee told me to go somewhere else if I didn't like it. After waiting for 5 more minutes, someone finally took my order. It seems like they prioritize the drive-thru customers more. Today, when I tried to order inside, there was a sign stating that due to a staff shortage, everything was drive-thru only. Seeing a long line of cars in the drive-thru, I decided to go to Dunkin's in Windham instead.

The speed and consistency were excellent and it is a New England thing. Still, if I had had a little more time to sit, to go in and experience the meal, I would've chosen a family diner. Instead, I ate while I drove. Is this really the way we want to live?

This is probably the friendliest, most well run Dunks I've ever been to. Always a smile on their faces and so happy to help. I never thought I'd give a Dunks a good rating, or even bother to leave a review, but these guys are great. Maisha the manager isTHE BEST. Added a photo of my best bud enjoying a sandwich!
