Cariba Restaurant Bar - Derricks

We chose this restaurant as an alternative to The Cliff across the way because we wanted something a bit more affordable. The food was truly excellent— I had the ginger chili shrimp noodles, and my partner had the catch of the day, which was kingfish. I would definitely go back for seconds! We visited on a Monday night, and it was quite quiet with only a few other tables occupied. The staff was friendly, and our main server even asked another staff member for the best dessert recommendation for me since he wasn’t a fan of chocolate and wanted to make sure I got a good choice. Highly recommended!

Amazing! split soup was touched by a angel. the service was impeccable and attentive. parking was safe and monitored. my only regret is not to visit earlier.

Although there weren't many reviews, this was one of the best meals we had on the West Coast of Barbados. The food was outstanding. Don't miss this hidden gem! My girlfriend ordered the shrimp curry and couldn't stop talking about how amazing it was.
