Dairy Queen Grill Chill - DeRidder

Friendly service and good food. It's just getting way too expensive for fast food. Almost $5 for a small blizzard! Used to, the 4 of us could have a decent meal at DQ for around $20. Now the same $20 only gets us dessert. Shocking.

Took forever to get our food even though the place was nearly empty. Fries were ice cold chicken strips were barely warm. People were walking around behind the counter in kitchen talking instead of working. Very disappointing ????

Absolutely terrible experience. The people in there aren't even following a simple dress code, none of them have hair nets or gloves. It is an absolute disaster in there. Took 15 minutes to get 2 small ice creams when nobody else was even inside. Oneguy in there was too busy prissing around the even grab a stack of cups without dropping 10 or 15 of them. It's pathetic, whatis the world coming to?

Good food but service is terrible...the wait is extremely long even if there is only one vehicle in the line ,, no cars in the parking lot, and it doesn 't matter if you get a burger or just a soda be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes because this DairyQueen believes ur on their time. And the managers, what managers?? I only see a bunch of childish like adults playing J-O-B

Slowest and worst service ever. They took our order but when we got to the window they didn?t have it in the computer at all. Understandable. mistakes happen. But the girl who took our order for the second time messed up the entire order and absolutelydid not care. I have a dairy allergy; ordered the non-dairy dilly bar and they gave me the regular. After explaining I need thedairy free one they explained that ?We are out of non-dairy so we gave you the regular.? As if that was an option. We then justasked for a refund and were met with rude responses and ultimately ignored until we just drove away. Absolutely horribleservice.
