Cat's Coffee And Creamery - DeRidder

Sometimes the coffee is great and sometimes not so great. Depending on what I order. Today I got a candy corn iced mocha. It tastes good but not like candy corn.

I love Cats, hands down some of the best coffee I've ever had, but when I went in yesterday there was a new girl being trained. She was very nervous and SO SWEET. I can't tell you the amount of times she apologized for not fully knowing what she was doing yet. Again, very very sweet girl. We love this place, we really do, good coffee, friendly staff, and a positive atmosphere. But their opening time is very inconsistent, it's actually more consistently late in our experience. We've come to this coffee shop numerous times, especially during lunch and had a great experience every time. The only negative experiences have been in the mornings. Great tasting coffee and good vibes. My only qualms are that the coffee is way over priced (add oat milk to small latte was $3) and the staff is not very welcoming.

I ordered an affogato and it was pretty good. They use Blue Bell ice cream. My wife loved her brevé mocha frappe.
