Homesford Tearooms - Derbyshire Dales

On a chilly January afternoon myself and a group of friends enjoyed a fantastic meal by a roaring log fire in this little gem of a place. The decor is interesting and quirky; there are loads of vintage items to talk about. The food was all home cooked and really tasty. The welcome we received was second to none. Thanks Rebecca and team for looking after us so well. An afternoon to remember!

Terrible waited over 40 minutes for soup , when it arrived it was like warm with a 2 day old cob , we always pass this place on the way to Matlock and thought we give it a try today , wished we drove straight pass now , o well want stop again

Good selection of food all day top quality), very friendly and polite staff. Well worth a visit when passing.

Called in here again on a lazy sunday as it has become one of our favourite places. We had excellent reasonably priced food and wonderful gluten free cheesecake. The staff are wonderful, always friendly and the cafe and toilets are very clean. It is a shame that we are moving to Devon in two weeks as it has taken us such a long time to find decent cafes serving gluten free food, in Derbyshire. We shall miss this place very much.
