Costa Coffee, Ashbourne

Liked it a lot. Ginger flapjack? A splendid idea! Tasted delicious. Great pot of tea, nice feel to the place, friendly service. Let us charitably assume the name of the cafe is an abbreviation of For coffee and not a subliminal insult to tourists..... ! Great place.

Delicious brownies for us and the coffees were top notch too. The children’s chocolate milkshakes were generous servings but a little too sweet. Slightly slow service but well priced.

Cosy little location which offered brilliant food to all of my friends and were able to accommodate to their dietary needs. Typical brunch options offered with nice assortment of cakes

What a fab café. The food was amazing and so were the coffees. The place itself is so modern and edgy right up our street, and the staff were really friendly too. We loved it so much we came here two days in a row for breakfast! We also bought a couple of brownies to takeaway and these were delicious too. The café was one of the highlights of our trip away. If we're ever nearby in the future, we'll definitely be back!!

One of the few places open in Ashbourne early in the week. The town seems to hibernate until Wednesday. I was recommended this coffee shop to try and enjoyed a super vegan sandwich. 3 out of 5 scored because dairy alternative milks are charged additionally, tables were sticky and when we arrived every empty table had not been cleared. Staff were bringing food orders upstairs and heading back down empty handed, whilst dirty cups and plates remained. Prices are a little steep too but quite possibly just a sign of the times.
