Subway - Derby

I had a great experience with the takeout service during lunch. The price was quite reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person. The food was impressive, earning a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The service was equally good, also rated at 4. The atmosphere received a 4 as well, making it a pleasant place overall. I highly recommend trying the Chicken Cordon Bleu Melt; it was absolutely delicious!

The restaurant consistently closes earlier than their advertised hours, and the staff shows no remorse or accountability. My wife and I arrived at 7:36, and as we approached, they locked the doors without even offering an apology or explanation. This is the second time this has occurred at this location, and I cannot recommend it.

I had a terrible experience with my recent order. The bacon was undercooked, and the chicken was completely frozen. To make matters worse, my son's sub was drenched in dressing. It's disappointing to pay a significant amount of money for food that is raw, frozen, and inedible. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100.
