Disgusting, dismaying service. worst customer experience of my life. After 5 try to eat here (only once successful) we were set and given menus, after a minute the person we assume to be the manager, must have recognized us before, began to give sarcastic remarks that tell us we had to convince him to cook for us ' after they had previously checked, they did not completely agree with on tripadvisor. he then told us that he does not intend to serve us anyway. it seems like he just wanted to sit down to fight us. after the decision to go due to the unpleasant atmosphere created by itself...read more

This is the rudest and most confrontational man I have ever met. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone due to their extremely rude and confrontational behavior. After leaving a negative review on another website regarding our bad experience with their Saturday opening times, we decided to give them another chance. When we arrived at the restaurant, the manager recognized us (as we had previously attempted to visit during their earlier closing time), sat us down, handed us a menu, made some rather sarcastic remarks, and then proceeded to confront us very rudely about our review, essentially blaming us for the issue. I have never been spoken to in such a disrespectful manner, making this the worst customer experience I have ever had.

The manager at this restaurant is the rudest and most confrontational I have ever encountered. I would not recommend this place to anyone due to the manager's extremely unpleasant behavior. He then rudely confronted us about our review, insinuating that it was our fault. I have never been spoken to in such a disrespectful manner, and this was the worst customer experience I have ever had. The manager's behavior created such a hostile atmosphere that we decided not to eat there, and he even mentioned that he was not going to serve us because of our review (which was solely about their opening hours, not the food or service). It appeared that all he wanted was an argument, and I am appalled by how he treats customers. I am very disappointed in the service we received.

Despite our efforts to confirm their opening times and being loyal customers, we were treated with disrespect and turned away without any valid reason. The manager attempted to blame us for not booking in advance, even though we were never advised to do so. It is unacceptable to treat paying customers in such a condescending and confrontational manner. I urge others to avoid this restaurant, as they may also face mistreatment or be turned away without reason.

The food here was bland and tasteless - it was like your old school deciding to do a 'Mexican Day'.
