Kaspa's - Derby

Non existent customer service. They also don’t have anything you want to order we tried to order a chocolate sundae, cookie dough, milkshake, chocolate fudge cake and was told they were all not available. This was after paying. The entire party had to then choose alternatives they weren’t entirely keen on because we had already paid. I find it hard to believe they didn’t know before. We also witnessed a staff member being quite unkind to another employee who was taking orders, and seating walk ins, telling him off and telling him to wash plates instead of seating walk ins. When our food did arrive, only 2 out of the 3 items came. We waited 25 mins for a Sundae to arrive, when it didn’t we told the staff who said it was coming. It then took 10mins for this to arrive. It really shouldn’t take 35 mins to put some ice cream in a bowl. Youre better off going to Heavenlys down the road. Don’t waste your time here.

We ordered though Uber eats ordered arrived got sent wrong order rang Kasper guy spoke to he ring Uber eats to sort it out hour later still not heard anything so rang back to he told that Uber eats basically told him to leave it not do anything stuck with order can't eat terrible customers service didn't even ring back like he said he was going to

This is a clean n friendly place in the heart of town. There are many stupid reviews saying toffee hard etc .if U put toffee on ice it goes hard or chocolate.i found it a good experience and I ordered 4 desserts so I could be honest.Try it it was good... I only say it's good n not great as I go to a place that is outstanding.family friendly .you can pick where U want to sit.

Refused to let us dine in when it was only 21:30 and this place closes at 10:30pm. Even though there we’re already people in the shop and you could see them making desserts and you could order online. Really love a kaspas but will not be coming here again or ordering online. VERY DISAAPOINTED

Food was nice but restaurant stunk foul and the customer service (by who seemed like the manager) was a let down, his attitude stunk. Was left feeling uncomfortable on two occasions, won’t be returning
