The food at this restaurant was awful: the roast potatoes were undercooked, none of the dishes were homemade, and everything was of very poor quality and lacking in flavor. On the bright side, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming.

Today I had breakfast at this restaurant and received brilliant service from Sophie. She was outstanding and I would definitely recommend this place. She always makes my day better.
