Great restaurant and basically has everything you want on your menu. I have two children's dishes for my girls and the portions were huge. Very child-friendly place! I thought it was a little expensive for a child's meal, but we'd go back.

Completely disgusting!!! Had ordered a chicken finger Sub, and when my son fell into him a piece of salad and that when he saw the worm. I called immediately and said to bring the Sub and the Worm back. When I arrived there, the girl at the counter just gave me money back for the sub never once a pity that happened or something else. So I asked if they had dried up the rest of the salad and she went on to tell me how salad comes out of the ground, and that it was taken care of because I had my money back for this sub, which she also told me they never do money refunds. No one wanted to eat the rest of the food we ordered so that it went into the garbage.

The food was decent but nothing exceptional, however, the portion of ice cream was extremely small and overpriced at $5.

For years J&M had THE best capicola subs. No longer. The last few times the Cap quality was marginal, but today it was just horrible. Constantly pulling hard gristle like chunks out of our mouths. My Royal sub had the same chunks as my wife's Cap did. Like so many things nowadays, quality is down and prices are up. Looks like J&M is off our do again list.
