18:25h 3 items ordered. Delivery time was specified with 45 minutes. The order arrived only at 19:49h, almost 1.5h later. I called the delivery service, I was told it was Sunday, a lot going on, and 30 more orders to deliver. With all understanding, but if you already know that Sunday is more going on, you should simply plan more staff or adjust the delivery time. If you are not able to do this, you should perhaps reconsider your profession again!? I was really upset and I won't order here anymore! Not recommended! Update from 17.08.2021: I called the restaurant after the order had not arrived after 1 hour, the restaurant did NOT contact me, that is a lie!!
