Sonic Drive-in - Denver

Poor quality very expensive.Grilled chicken wrap is salty and not grilled. Jalapeno poppers we're not cooked properly still raw. Diet coke was mostly soda water. Over $13 for this poor quality meal. I won't go to Sonic again. This location has gone downhill.

There are Sonics by where we live in Minnesota. They’re everywhere. We want to like them. We’ve tried to like them. We just have never had a good experience there. It was 97 degrees in Denver today and we walked to an event across Interstate 225 into the Denver Technology Center. The restaurant is located at the westbound off-ramp of Interstate 225 less than a mile from the massive I-225 and I-25 interchange . It’s easy on and off of I-225. We walked in and ordered two shakes; banana chocolate and strawberry. We got banana chocolate and strawberry. Because it was mega hot and I was waiting outside with my granddaughter, I decided that the banana shake was no big deal. It was thick and close to vanilla with not much banana flavor. The banana chocolate had bananas that looked like they were simply quartered. They were both bad a flavorless. It’s an easy place to get to a little difficult to see from the road and very clean and nice. We would try them again, but they aren’t top of our fast food chain.

The child (boy) running the the drive through today at 230pm. EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Granted today was busy and I’m sure it was stressful but wow. No matter how many “Thank you and Please “ and smiles we gave him it was responded with eye rolls and attitude. He would shut the window while we were talking to him. If you can’t work customer service then maybe you should consider a job back of house.

Don't trust you'll get what you ordered, have it cooked correctly, receive it in a timely manner, or that they are open when they should be. I have been served food that looks like someone put real effort into making inedible. Avoid this place at any cost. I will drive the extra three miles to go to the location on Arapahoe Rd. I suggest you do the same!

What a terrible experience!When I asked if they had the new drink being advertised, the young man said yes . Long story short- our family left the location with 4/5 of our drinks made incorrectly- after asking multiple times. Having to tell him how to begin to fix it after he tried to argue with me until I showed him a picture. He clearly did not know what he was doing, but gave me a poor attitude and no apologies.2 stars are for the drinks- not made properly, still delicious!
