Pizza Hut - Denver

I placed an online order with this restaurant two weeks ago, but when my son went to pick it up, they were closed. They refused to let him in, and even when I called, the male employee confirmed they were open but wouldn't provide any information about my order. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to address the issue due to my plans over the next two weeks, and since the cost was under $20, I decided not to pursue it further. I feel compelled to report this as theft—they took my money and did not fulfill their end of the deal. I strongly advise against dining here; the staff seems to have significant ethical and honesty issues that go unchecked. It's concerning to think about how this reflects on their food handling and, ultimately, public health. I chose not to seek a refund for the $20, feeling it wasn't worth the trouble. If anyone else has had similar experiences, please share.

A terrible service. I said my order would be done in 20 minutes, then 1 hour and half later they tell me they had to give the pizza back. Moreover, the old white guy is the recipe a black anti-race. he ignored my asking and overriding my order to treat his white and hispanic customers. ironically, this is in a black neighbor, so I would suggest that black Americans avoid this place in any case. bad service ever.

Would give a higher rating because the food was good, but some of the staff is very rude. I was waiting for 10 minutes and tried to wave down a member. She was very rude to me. Some black woman named Keda told me to be patient like I was a little child. Should fire this woman, this isn't the first incident either

Ordered from home with online app. Only took 15 minutes to prepare. When I arrived, pizza was ready and HOT! I had never been here before, driven by it a bunch. Surprisingly clean inside.

As I sit here eating a granola bar because I ordered at 10:43pm when the website states that they deliver till 12am. It is currently 12:39am and my pizza never arrived. No courtesy call or nothing! Oh but they took my payment! I would give 0 ? if I could!
