Suppe was terrible and server unapologetic and rude! I ordered the seafood soup. because there were no pictures, I misjudged that there were seafood. bowl came with a lump of noodles and some sponge items that I have not yet identified. there were one garnels on the bowl. When I said I didn't care, he said, "Who do you think it's gonna eat? they ordered it! hmmmmm?! who are these people?

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this restaurant. During the COVID pandemic, they did a great job with portion sizes and food quality. However, in the last three months, I have ordered from them three times and each time there was hardly any meat in the dish. When I called to address the issue, they did not seem to care. I will not be using their services again.

The wings were awful and they refused to exchange them. The service was terrible. I recommend trying the pho place nearby instead.

I returned to the restaurant and unfortunately, the same server had a poor attitude. He did not even try to serve me. I did not receive a refill on my water after requesting one. I realized that the lack of bean sprouts and peppers in my dish was not due to my previous order size, but rather that they simply do not provide much, even with a larger portion. After finishing my meal, I waited for about 20 minutes to order a smoothie, but the server never returned to my table. The food was still delicious, but the service was terrible. I am unsure if I will return next time. Despite the poor service, the pho was excellent. The server made me feel unwelcome, but I believe he may have just been having a bad day. Despite this, I will likely return in the future.

Service was interesting. Our waiter made us feel like he didn’t have time for us but was doing a favor by taking our order. Which he got wrong apologized for entering it into the computer wrong while not correcting the problem. There was also next to no meat he assured would have more meat that what I ordered. Do not get the steamed dumplings it’s kind of entertaining but wouldn’t recommend. Lastly we ordered some lo mein to go, it was ok but the portion size was surprisingly small for the price.Note if you get it to go a side of hoisin and sriracha is a dollar each.
