Papa Johns Pizza - Denver

Ordered carry out via phone. Telephone rep stated that pizza would be ready for pickup in 20-30 minutes. When I arrived, an employee stated that manager had not arrived so pizza was not made. Does Papa John's not know about high gas prices. We are not the Kardashians with beaucoup money and time to waste. Our gas tank is drier and our stomachs are emptier.

Ordered at pizza at 1pm called at 2:20pm asking about it. The confirmation email said eta was 36 mins the order was placed. When I called the girl in the phone goes oh I was just about to call you i don't have a driver. Over an hour later you still hadn't called to tell us you didn't have a driver. I'm a stay at home mom and all I have is cash. Even after telling her I didn't have a card to pay with when she asked if I could reorder on doordash then I said I could try to come in and pick it up she said they don't accept cash in store either that I would need to pay with card how can I pay with card when I don't have a card as I explained before and would need to pay with cash I don't understand why it took over an hour and me calling before they let us know they didn't have a driver the order should have never been accepted in the first place if they weren't able to complete it

The delivery was incredibly slow. The estimated time was 28 to 39 minutes, but it has now been over an hour, and I’ve just been informed that the driver is still 15 minutes away.

My friend ordered a pizza and two bowls, and it took an hour and fifteen minutes for our food to arrive. Unfortunately, everything was lukewarm; the pizza was barely warm, and we had to microwave it to enjoy it. The bowls looked like they were only partially filled. However, the food was delicious once we heated the pizza up. I just wish it hadn't taken so long to arrive and that it had come out hot.

I ordered on the night of July 21, and the delivery forgot my soda. I called the restaurant, and the woman who answered said she would send a driver back with my soda. I was a bit skeptical at first and thought I would have a disappointing dinner without it, but she really came through for me. Thank you! It's true that sometimes it's the little things that make a big difference.
