Mcdonald's - Denver

Sa in the journey through the line for 20 minutes without movement (causing a line.) when I left, I realized that the person before me was not actually ordered in the line, so I went around and went to order. I noticed someone was parked through the line that holds about 5 other cars. he laughed on the way through and said, "Oh, maybe they should go around him." I answered that I was honest to go and I wasn't the first person. the man was unaffected and I didn't care that the person had a line up because he was behind a window that didn't do anything.

I’ve gone here a lot over the past few years- the man with the heavy hispanic accent, named Corona, needs to find another job. He is worn out. He asks if you are done ordering with the first item you say- won’t let you finish a sentence. Always mistakes a large sprite for fries and any time I confront him he asks me to keep the fries and pay for the drink… terrible customer service. Food is put together in a sloppy way. If your order is wrong prepare for a very defensive approach from the staff. I hate coming here every time now. It sucks because I get off work late and this is one of my only options during this pandemic. Such a dread his customer service went from great to terrible really fast over the years.

The Hispanic lady working the drive thru is extremely rude. She wouldn’t let us finish our order kept asking after each item you done, each item she didn’t understand and input incorrectly. She then stopped talking to us over the speaker (mind you we were being respectful for how rude and short she was being) we had to drive up to the window we asked her to repeat our order all she said is what you want… not once repeated our order just kept adding things as we kept trying to tell her what we wanted/tried to correct our order. I’ve never been treated so rude by anyone… granted it is McDonalds I understand but this was absolutely ridiculous. I hope this lady finds the peace she needs in her life and starts treating people with more respect.

I went through the drive thru and specified that I wanted to get my fries fresh after I got them and departed I found that they were too crusty and old for me to eat, but we are so hot that I could say that they were fried again (I know my fries) after I drove all the way back and after a fresh replacement the woman who allegedly my fries out of the ding pulled, refused to fresh. it is time for employees to learn their own franchise policies and make food as the customers order.

Whoever the nice, older man who worked the window was at 1 o'clock on 2/9/22, deserves an increase! he is the most beautiful, excited and best almost food staff I've ever seen! they make a late night trip after a 10 HR shift pleasant!
