Mad Greens Colorado Evans - Denver

The restaurant often seems to be understaffed, leading to delays even when it isn’t busy. I visit this Mad Greens quite frequently and I'm always satisfied with the food they serve. However, they really need to have more employees working at the same time. When online orders come in, it completely halts the line for in-person customers. I feel sorry for the two staff members trying to handle all the orders.

This is definitely my favorite MAD greens location! Kelsey was incredibly friendly and provided me with the BEST recommendations. I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10!

A great restaurant in the Colorado region, must dine in and appreciate the excellent staff and there offerings more.

My salad should have tasted fresh but it was just bland and not great.. I had a burrito here before that was much better. Will try again but definitely not a *build your own salad* type place.

Food is great always fresh and tasty. Employees are friendly but can be slow to get to new customers who are waiting. I did want to make this specifically to warn that the Caesar salad dressing is pretty anchovy flavored more than I usually prefer so just wanted to warn of that if you like Caesar without anchovies.
