Lechuga's Italian - Denver

Great food and friendly staff. They can pair jalapeños and sausage very well. I recommend the smothered little devil with a side of spaghetti and salad. I’ve been going to this place for nearly 20 years and I have always been happy with their food and service!

I heard about these 'sausage cannoli ' when I moved here and thought it was a joke. I knew I had to try it once I found out it was a real thing (though not, as it turns out, a cannoli; it 's a breaded sausage). The sausage was pleasantly spicy, with jalapenos scattered throughout the bread. Their sauce was a classic red, offering nothing to complain about. It 's a good deal for under 10 bucks, more suited as late-night/drunk food than haute cuisine The location and it 's decor were rather... dated. It seems like it would have been a blast to visit them in their glory days.

Good food! Amazing service haven't been here in years. This was the best in town when I was a little girl and hands down still is! It's amazing how it still really hasn't changed to much. Love it!!! Now it's time to bring my kiddos to give them a taste of real Denver Italian food!!!!

What a fantastic restaurant! Truly a hidden Italian gem in Denver! The food is excellent. We tried a multitude of items and they were all amazing! Our waitress was also fantastic. Friendly and efficient. Couldn't have been better.
