Kassai Sushi - Denver

Our local sushi restaurant has become a regular spot for us. We dine here weekly because both the kids and adults enjoy it so much! The staff is very accommodating to children and are not bothered by the mess they may make. They even have special sushi stick training tools for the kids to learn how to use utensils. I love experimenting with new sushi rolls and the staff is always patient and helpful in introducing us to new flavors.

I got the Phoenix and Hot Night rolls. I worked in a great sushi restaurant for over a year and I would say that this place is definitely good, but not great.Fish was good taste-wise, but texture combinations were a little off in the rolls. Rolls didn’t hold together very well, almost every piece fell apart. They also loaded the to-go box with tempura crumbs and it was way too much. Just a sprinkle would be sufficient and prevent the sauce from sticking to the lid.Would try again for dine-in to see if other items compare!

This restaurant is an excellent choice every time you visit. They offer the option to deep fry almost any item, and their Ebi appetizer is a must-try.

This sushi restaurant is excellent, but I recommend being patient on weekends because they receive a large number of takeout orders, which can slow down your service. The food is rated 5 out of 5.

Favorite sushi spot in Denver! The yellowtail jalapeño is our favorite sushi roll. Everything is so fresh and delicious and the service is always great. Be sure to check out the specials on their board. Happy to be regulars here :
