I love this place. Located right down University and i25 can be hard to find parking but it’s fine most of the time. The service is excellent, waitress is very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the food and especially the ice cream. From the name i thought it was a dumpling place but it’s a Japanese sushi restaurant. They have plenty of options for appetizers. The pork was a downturn for me, but overall experience was good

*Bows* my go to spot for Ramen! The Tatsu ramen is my go to and it absolutely hits every time. Great staff, friendly service and seating every time. Love the atmosphere, sushi and service. I have been multiple times now and it never disappoints.
