The after 10 pm crew rock !!Jewels was so sweet to help us with the washer and Quinton even on his off day was soo helpful to assist us. All of Hilton staff were just truly amazing. Seriously housekeeping perfection. Breakfast and bar service are top of the line here.. definitely would return with all my friends..Rooms: Great and cleanNearby activities: Plenty of places nearby to eatSafety: I felt safeWalkability: You can walk to food nearbyNoteworthy details: Absolutely ? fabulous
Check in went smoothly and we were able to immediately set our stuff down to then enjoy the Denver area.Quality bed and clean hotel room nothing more to ask for.Just a note factor in that they also charge for parking our cost was $12 per night.Definitely a hotel recommendation I would make again if needing just a night stay in the Denver Tech Center area.
All-in-all a nice hotel. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were irked a bit about some of the extras, however. Charged an extra $12 to park in a half-empty lot, PureLife water bottle for $3 (42 cents each when purchased in a multipack on Amazon), and a card in the room with a QR code in order to tip the housekeeper. Perhaps these are minor things and I would expect them from a hotel in the downtown. This hotel is in the Denver Tech Center however and there are several other hotels within a couple of blocks. We did use QR to tip the housekeeper, but it gave the impression that Corporate isn’t interested in paying the housekeeping staff a decent wage and would rather shame their guests into subsidizing their payroll.
My children and I arrived 2:00 am, till 4:30 am not able to open the door due to the faulty door lock. Slept on two attached banquet tables. Not offered even a shower. Hotel charged me 40,000 points. Many phone calls and no refund.Service: 1/5
