Late-night happy hour is my favorite! The staff is outstanding!
I had a great experience at Hapa. I visited during happy hour and ordered the vegetable tempura along with the spicy salmon and tuna rolls. The tempura was amazing and much larger than I expected. The sushi was also delightful.
The rolls here are quite good, but I would recommend avoiding the sashimi, as it can be inconsistent. The drinks are excellent, and the atmosphere is enjoyable.
Love this place! Being from Kailua it is a great taste of home! CHICK KATSU is heaven!
