Griffin Coffee - Denver

Stopped in to Griffin Coffee today after seeing their new seasonal specials on Instagram and it did not disappoint. The campfire cold brew (basically a s'mores cold brew) had chocolate sauce, toasted marshmallow cold foam, and graham cracker crumbles. It wasn't too sweet and absolutely delicious. The pistachio matcha was also lightly sweetened and the ham and cheese croissant was amazing. The barista was very friendly, and the cozy shop was full of remote workers enjoying their morning. Will definitely be back as it's the perfect way to end a Sloan's Lake walk!

My favorite coffee shop with a beautiful park across the street! I don't want to leave a review just to keep this place downer on the low ; I love the chill and quiet atmosphere they've created. The lattes are great! I suggest lavender. Say hi to Tommy! ?Food: 5/5

Ordered a Nitro cold brew and the barista swished the cup in circles as she poured and added ice. : Not worth paying the cost of a nitro brew if you can't get the nitro creamy taste. Will give it another shot and specify how I want it poured in the future.

The service was quick and polite, with friendly and smooth conversation. The lounge area has an open and refreshing vibe. However, I found the syrups and coffee to be somewhat lacking; I'm quite particular about syrup quality and the origin of the coffee beans. On a positive note, I really appreciate their selection of outrageous gluten-free items.
