Firehouse Subs Village West - Denver

Hour and a half wait for 6 subs (online order on a thursday evening). After I got home with order, realized a sub was missing. Had to go back. Would give a one star but they did have everything ready when stated.

Placed an order on line for 2 sandwiches around 5300. Told order would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived at the store, 3 people waiting, and my sandwiches weren't ready until 615. Seven employees on duty. Sandwiches were good, though 1 had a pickle stuck through the wrapper like a sword.

This Firehouse doesn't participate in the deals like the $16 Full court fest. I'll just drive a little further and go to Belmar.

If your website says you are open till 9 then you should not be locking your doors and turning lights off at 8:50. This has happened on numerous occasions. Won't be coming back too unpredictable.

We arrived 15 minute before close. We gave them a large tip and said thanks for making a sandwich this late. Several customers showed up after us and ordered. When we went to eat our food we were asked to leave because they were about to close. Very unprofessional
