This restaurant has really gone downhill. It used to be excellent, but now the calzones are consistently dry and served cold when I order them. I wish it could return to its former quality.

I have ordered from this chain over 50 times in the last 6 months with my order ranging from 20$ to 60$, and I never had an issue. This time my ordered was not delivered to the correct address and I paid 50$ plus. I called them and told them what happened and they flat out said they won’t give me my money back. Terrible customer service on their part, especially when I spent over $1,000 in the last 6 months there. They don’t really care about customer satisfaction and have gotten very lousy. Never eating there again.

The telephone answering service doesn't work well at all. If a local store calls a particular calzone by a name different from what is on the website, they will tell you it is not available. Strongly suggest ordering in person if you can because it is next to impossible to actually speak to the store directly via phone.Calzones were good, though they failed to provide the side of sour cream and no longer have chili peppers or parmesan available.

Someone hacked my account and paid for food around 30 two nights ago. I'm living in Thailand, never been to US

I ordered a pepperoni and cheese calzone, but it didn’t have any pepperoni in it. I just don’t get why it’s so difficult to include one of the two main ingredients. Regardless, the calzone was delicious; I just wish it had the pepperoni I was expecting.
